Vavoom Pinups knows that you may have concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we use and do not use information provided to us at Vavoom Pinups and the steps we take to protect it. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected online.

Personal information we collect online

When you make a purchase,at Vavoom Pinups we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. If your order is to be shipped, we also need the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s). For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card numbers in your account.

Is information shared with third parties?

We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for their marketing purposes. We do provide your personal information to reputable organizations that help us to fulfill your order. For example, we use companies to verify and process credit card transactions and to deliver packages. 

We may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties if necessary to comply with applicable laws, subpoenas or court orders.

How will my information be used?

Information collected on Vavoom Pinups may be used in the following ways:

 Your Images : Privacy Protection

 We protect our databases with various physical, technical and procedural measures and we restrict access to your information by unauthorized persons. We also advise all Vavoom Pinups employees and freelancers about their responsibility to protect customer data and we provide them with appropriate guidelines for adhering to our company's business ethics standards and confidentiality policies. All information transmitted through Vavoom PInups is stored on our secure server. 

Your Images : Privacy Protection and Link Access to 3rd party viewers

After your shoot you are given a link and a password. If you wish to keep your link and password private. Do not share your information with anyone. If you would like your link reposted in the future, you may contact us via email. We will not allow anyone but you to have access to your gallery. If you wish to have your gallery link and password viewed by a 3rd party member, you must contact the studio and give us written permission to allow us to send your password and link to a 3rd party.

Your Images : On Facebook

You are in complete control of your purchased digital images. Vavoom Pinups nor any of our freelancers or employees will upload photos of you (approved or otherwise) to our facebook page. If you upload images yourself on your FB page, we may TAG ourselves, plus your hair and makeup artists may TAG themselves, as well. 

"Let's Get Excited" photos taken before your VP shoot may be uploaded by you or our staff from your phone to our VP facebook page. Vavoom Pinups will not tag you, rather you may tag yourself.  If you would like to participate, you will have to sign a Facebook/ VP waiver. 

Your Image : On our Vavoom Pinups Website

Once in awhile we will ask clients for their permission to use an image on our website after you have ordered your images. If asked, you will be informed about a specific image identifing the image with a jpeg number. If we get your permission, we will post it to our website! 

You may ask us at any point to remove the image at your request. If you have approved an image for VP website use, you would also be giving us permission to use your image to promote upcoming deals, or anyother artwork for VP promotion. We will not upload your approved VP image to facebook without your permission. 

Linking to and from outside websites

Vavoom Pinups sometimes provides links to other websites i.e. blogs, facebook, etc. Unless we expressly say otherwise, a link to another website does not mean that we are responsible for, or that we endorse the content or policy of that website. When you provide information at one of those sites, you are subject to that site's privacy policy. We encourage you to read that website's policy before submitting any information if you have concerns about how information may be collected or used.
